Once again, Businessinsider.com has a fantastic article that speaks about "inattention blindness" that occurs when people "miss changes in their visual field" (Business Insider, 2011). After watching the visual challenge and trying to keep my eyes alert for anything in the video, I realized that I missed a huge change that made me laugh because I felt cheated by the video. After showing 5 or 6 other people the video, we all had the same result, the inattention blindness happened to all of us. It amazed me that despite focussing all my attention on the video, I missed such a large change in the video.
