** 6 Perspectives of Psychology **

The perspective of psychology that I agree most with is the Humanistic perspective because it states that everyone tries to reach self actualization and I truly believe that most people do.  There are certain people in this world that strive to the greatest success they can achieve and others who only strive to do the bare minimum.  In my own life, I try to do my best in activities or homework.  I may not do well but I try my hardest.  An example would be in SPED 20 we tried juggling as an activity and I struggled through the activity for about ten minutes when I stopped and relaxed myself and told myself the I can at least do the juggling once and soon after that I achieved my goal of finally juggling three tennis balls.  Through determination and practice, I finally reached my full potential.  I chose this perspective because it is the most accurate perspective.  The humanistic prospective applies to most people because majority of people try to reach self actualization and that is why as humans we have came so far.
